Led by influential panelists, including Mindsights very own Fareed Abdul Ghani, the event will delve into pertinent topics such as ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Women Empowerment.
The relationship between ESG and Women is multifaceted, as empowering women can have a positive effect on the environment and reduce disproportionate pollution in several parts of the world. Additionally, rising female leadership has a cascading effect on their local communities, leading to improvements in healthcare and education. Additionally, an IMF survey published recently concluded that “more gender equality can give a significant boost to growth”, and pinpointed that an increment in the amount of women in the workforce by 10% would amount to a 0. 4% yearly global expansion, equivalent to $160 trillion.
